Description

Place your order with payment for any of these special packages by the deadline date. Any orders placed after Monday, May 16 will be subject to availability.

 

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received by Hargrove at least 14 calendar days or 10 working days prior to first day of exhibitor move in, whichever is earlier, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order. Cancellations received by Hargrove after such time will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total order, based on the status of move-in, work performed and/or Hargrove set-up costs or expenses. All tax rates subject to change.

 

Logo Only Options – Includes center panel featuring your logo. All other applicable graphic panels and table tops included with your booth will be printed with stock WBENC graphics.

 

Custom Graphics Options – Includes center panel featuring your logo and the ability to customize the applicable graphic panels and table tops included with your booth. After placing your order, a Hargrove representative will contact you to finalize your custom graphic needs.
